How to start scrapbooking

If you are intending to use your creativeness and start scrapbooking for the first time, you need to have the followings simple tools to begin with:-


*ruler
*scissor
*glue
*craft knife
* a simple scrapbook kit (about $4) which contains quality paper, chipboards and embellishments all packed in ready to go;
* photographs.

Now you would wonder what is an embellishment? In simple words an embellishment is a decoration that you can paste onto your scrapbook page or a card to make it pop out for example a butterfly, paper flower and coloured rhinestones. I have put up a card that I have created for a birthday and you will understand what I mean.










You can also use things that you find around in your house for eg. buttons, plastic flowers, ribbons and imitation jewellery and also use the computer to print out pictures of santa clause, cakes, balloons or reindeer and also words like Happy Birthday and Merry Christmas depending on the photograph or the card that you intend to make. All this comes free!
