Sometime last year I was watching a video by NurseTara04 ( http://youtu.be/Z3UmMpUVdF8) where she did an envelope card with just one piece of 12x12 double sided paper. I always liked doing craft with just one piece of paper as its the quickest and easiest thing to do. Im just lazy to do a mini album but I will someday. I love Tara's work and she is an amazing scrapper and her envelope cards look stunning.
So I used this idea to make an envelope card for a 6 year old whose birthday is on the 23rd December. As Christmas is on the 25th I thought I could use the front of the envelope as her birthday card and the back of it as a Christmas greeting. Thinking out of the square haha. I also inserted a hangbag notebook (its gold in color on top of the envelope- a pocket in between) and chocolates too. When you open the envelope her birthday greetings are in it (forgot to take a picture of it). She was so happy receiving it and her mum told me she kept it in her special cards drawer.
