I bought a circle cutter from Paper Artsy to create some dimension for my cards and scrapbook pages. It was fun using it to cut out perfect circles anytime from all sorts of papers. You can even cut out circles from your favourite photos to suit your layout.
Please use a self healing cutting mat or glass mat when you cut out the circles and please be careful when you take the blade in and out.
